Wasn’t sure what else to write here for the few that are left, most of which I’ve kept up for people over on twitter or discord. It was fun because in many cases, it was getting to know these people beyond a specific interest and seeing what all they were into (Sometimes, it was even more than porn!). But I’ve got to know and see many good folk and get a lot of good laughs from this blog.
That said, fuck @staff for being useless shits and not taking the time to moderate their website over things people have been telling them about for years. Doubt that the website will shut down, but I sincerely hope that they see a massive decline in income after a while because of how inept they have been over running this place.
Not once has anything ever been effectively fixed for users.
Not once has anything added ever contributed to the people who enjoyed the site as it usually came at the cost of using things people had already adapted to using (and maybe relied on).
Not once have I had a year or a month of not having to block a porn bot that I didn’t want inflating my follower count.
Just don’t understand how you can fuck up for years this way, but I guess as long as things go status quo and nothing rocks the boat too much (Honestly, despite the outcome, good for Apple for slapping this shitsite in the face for their lack of moderation), Tumblr @staff will continue to be the laziest fucks that lets auto-moderation scare off their legitimate users.
Ineptitude and laziness has been the motto of @staff for the entirety of my stay here, ya’ll are garbage and deserve every bit of decline this website has happen to it.
